- At least 2 years experience.
- Helping in the planning, procurement and execution of project.
- Must have experience in General Contracting.
- Read and understand construction plans.
- Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values.
- Understanding of contractual documents.
- Helping to oversee budgets and stay on schedule.
- Communicate with vendors and clients.
- Keep PM informed of construction progress.
- Working closely with the Project Manager.
- Visiting job sites if necessary.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- Pay range to be discussed at interview.
