• At least 2 years experience.
  • Helping in the planning, procurement and execution of project.
  • Must have experience in General Contracting.
  • Read and understand construction plans.
  • Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values.
  • Understanding of contractual documents.
  • Helping to oversee budgets and stay on schedule.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients.
  • Keep PM informed of construction progress.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager.
  • Visiting job sites if necessary.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Pay range to be discussed at interview.
