Candidate requirements:
- Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of project.
- Experience in General Contracting.
- Read and understand construction plans.
- Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values.
- Understanding of contractual documents.
- Oversee budgets and stay on schedule.
- Communicate with vendors and clients.
- Manage weekly design/construction meetings.
- Keep upper management informed of construction progress.
- Coordinate with engineering/architectural firms
- WIP reports
- Forecast duration of projects.
- Perform closeout document review.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
Position is largely sedentary with frequent walking.
Visit large jobsites if necessary.
