Candidate requirements:

  • Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of project.
  • Experience in General Contracting.
  • Read and understand construction plans.
  • Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values. 
  • Understanding of contractual documents. 
  • Oversee budgets and stay on schedule. 
  • Communicate with vendors and clients.
  • Manage weekly design/construction meetings.
  • Keep upper management informed of construction progress.
  • Coordinate with engineering/architectural firms
  • WIP reports
  • Forecast duration of projects.
  • Perform closeout document review.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license. 

Position is largely sedentary with frequent walking.

Visit large jobsites if necessary.
